ME 670 Monolithic Piezoresistive Ceramic Pressure Sensor

Introducing ME 670 Monolithic Pressure Sensor: Our ceramic-based sensors work on the piezoresistive principle and offer optimal electronic integration. They feature adjustable offsets as per customer specifications and can be thermally compensated with laser-adjustable PTC resistors. The pin layout is designed for easy and steady mounting of signal conditioning PCBs. The Wheatstone bridge is screen printed on the ceramic diaphragm using Thick Film technology. Thanks to the Al2O3 ceramic’s excellent chemical resistance, no additional protection is usually required. The monolithic structure allows seamless integration into plastic or metallic cases with an O-ring. These sensors maintain reliability in the face of temperature changes and pressure overloads while ensuring high linearity and minimal hysteresis effects throughout the measurement range.
