The STT-26 submersible temperature transmitter has a 2-wire, 4-20mA output signal and can be programmed using the USB Config MKII interface or simply connected to your interface device to read the 4-20mA signal.



The white wire connects directly to the sensor’s housing. If you notice interference or electrical disturbances from nearby devices like pumps, inverter drives, or any AC-powered device within the same system as the submersible sensor, you can use this wire. Additionally, linking it to the cable’s shield can further mitigate interference. However, in most cases, these connections aren’t necessary and can be left unconnected.
