Yes, this can be achieved using the software, entering the advanced options tab and confirming the latest date of calibration.
Simply click onto the centre of the screen and you will get a password popup, you will need to contact us to get the time limited, 1 off password and this will enable you to edit the date of calibration once you are happy the device is within specification.
If the device needs recalibration then please arrange to send this back to the factory in the UK where we can perform a calibration for you.
We can provide you with a quote for this work before shipping it back, and the process usually takes 2-3 weeks (including shipping days) depending on factory schedules.
