The SLS-A submersible level transmitter can be supplied in various output and supply configurations. Please refer to the wiring configuration sheet for the Submersible PUR cable outlet and the 4-20mA / 2-wire configuration, which can be found here: DOWNLOAD
The White wire is a connection directly to the housing of the sensor, which can be used if you experience any noise or electrical pickup from local devices such as pumps, inverter drives or any AC-powered device located in the same system as the submersible sensor. You can also connect to the screen of the cable, which will further improve any interference. Typically these two connections are not required and can be left disconnected.
