SPI-94 Flow Meter, Batcher, Toalizer with Analogue Output

The SPI94 flow meter is a versatile device specifically designed to work in conjunction with flow transducers featuring contact or electronic inputs. It serves the purpose of accurately measuring the instantaneous flow value while also recording the total flow of various media types such as liquids, gases, or loose materials. With a broad range of total flow indication capabilities, extending up to 16 digits, it enables effective monitoring of flow values over extended periods of operation. Moreover, the SPI94 flow meter incorporates a built-in batcher function, making it suitable for application in diverse industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and paint and varnish. The counter offers flexible programming options for the REL/OC control outputs, allowing customisation based on the instantaneous flow value, batcher, or total flow value. For added convenience, the counter can be equipped with analogue outputs, including active current output, passive isolated current output, or active voltage output, based on the customer’s preferences. Configuration of the counter can be effortlessly carried out using the local keyboard or the user-friendly S-Config software, utilising the RS-485 communication port.
