SPI-638 Flow Meter, Batcher, Totalizer in Wall Mounted IP 67 Housing

The SPI638 Flow Meter is a versatile and efficient solution for measuring and recording the flow of various media such as liquids, gases, and loose materials. Encased in a robust wall-mounted housing with an IP67 rating, this flow meter features a large 6-digit LED display for clear visibility. Designed to work in conjunction with flow transducers equipped with contact or electronic inputs, the SPI638 provides accurate and instantaneous flow measurements. With a wide range of total flow indication, capable of displaying up to 16 digits, it enables precise control over flow values during long operational periods. The SPI638 is equipped with a built-in batcher function, making it suitable for use in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and paint and varnish. It offers flexible control options with programmable REL/OC control outputs based on the instantaneous flow value, batcher, or total flow value. Additionally, the counter can be customised with analogue outputs, including active current output, passive isolated current output, or active voltage output, based on customer preferences. Configuration is made easy through various methods, such as using the remote controller, local keyboard, or the S-Config software via the RS-485 communication port, eliminating the need to open the case.
