The S1000B Handheld Pressure Pump 1000 Bar Range is a high pressure hydraulic test pump for the most demanding calibration applications. It provides stable and precise hydraulic pressure generation up to 1000 bar for testing and calibrating high pressure gauges, switches and transmitters on site, in the workshop or in the laboratory.

With its efficient hand operated mechanism and large calibration volume, the S1000B enables high pressure generation with minimal effort, making it ideal for industrial environments where reliability and repeatability are critical.

Practical and easy to use:

The S1000B is designed so that high pressure systems can be adapted quickly and safely:

  • The device under test (DUT) is connected via a robust, high pressure hydraulic hose with quick coupling and suitable adaptors
  • The reference sensor or digital pressure gauge is mounted directly on the pump using a positioning adaptor

The desired test pressure is first generated by operating the handles and then finely adjusted using the integrated fine adjustment valve. This ensures that a stable, identical pressure is present at both the reference and the DUT. A pressure relief valve allows stepless, controlled pressure reduction, enabling accurate testing during both rising and falling pressure cycles.

Pressure can be read either with a conventional analogue gauge or with digital pressure gauges and handheld instruments. By comparing the reference reading with the DUT, it is possible to verify accuracy and perform any necessary adjustments.
